Flyer for The Last Supper UK gigs
Here's the front of the flyer for our UK shows. The photo was taken by my mate Mark Pickstone, in the dressing room of The Man in the Moon Theatre in the Kings Road, London in 1993 when I was performing in a play. I was the lead role in The Tooth of Crime by Sam Shepard which ran for four weeks. The gun was actually a starting pistol which was obviously used in the play.
We thought it made a good flyer, what do you reckon?

Can’t wait to see you at the gig in Manchester but feel the flyer is awful.
Will you be performing Mother Earth ?
David.

Fair enough.
Mother Earth was definitely on our long list of songs that we wanted to do. I can’t make any promises though.

It looks like a rejected cover from a oi album, I dont care though, just cant wait to see yous play again. Do you need a support band for any of the u.k gigs? We will be willing!

Thanks for the offer Karlosawallas but Goldblade will be supporting us in Bristol, Birmingham and Edinburgh and Paronoid Visions in Manchester.
Hope to see you at one of them.

I actually quite like the flyer, it reminds me of the image of Vincent Cassell in the film La Haine holding the gun towards the camera and I love that film. I loved the Feeding gigs in Shepherds Bush a few years back so am really hoping to get to one of the shows on this tour but money is a bit tight, especially with Rebellion coming up. I’m looking forward to seeing you and Penny there. It is a shame you are only doing the literary thing with John Robb and not playing as well.

Hello Stigma, I hope you enjoyed The Rebellion Festival, I certainly did. Maybe see you at one of the shows.

You look pretty fucking wired there, mate……..Put the wind right up me, that did!
Careful though – with a flyer like that, you might end up with half of the Salford lot, Cheetham Hill & the Moss Side bad bwoys turning up…..gangsta stylee!
All the best.
