Right, the North American tour is getting closer and the nerves have started kicking in, but I'm really looking forward to it. I'm looking forward to seeing old friends again, but especially to performing with Carol and the rest of the band. We rehearse this weekend and it's gonna be a great catch-up session. I'm really excited that Goldblade are doing America with us - they're a great bunch of people to work with, polite, professional and bloody good performers. I've known them a long time and I know their hearts are in the right place - and they're a good laugh and a good conversation. And 'Kiss My Ass' is one of my favourite songs - I always piss myself when they play it. So yeah, I can't wait for it to start.
Paranoid Visions by Allison
We play with Paranoid Visions in New York and I think there's talk of us all meeting up for a drink, so that should be complete chaos, I managed to avoid the madness in Dublin but I dunno if I can avoid it this time. But again it'll be good to see them all again. The only thing I'm not looking forward to is giving my fingerprints to the American Police State when Scotland Yard haven't even got my dabs. Better gaffa tape my gob when I go through immigration. Meanwhile, back to the housework.
